Area 12 Private Land deer tag 4th season rifle. They draw any elk tags yet?

Ranchland Outfitters in Elk Point Alberta. Just got back about 6 weeks ago. Just amazing seeing 10K geese flying over head in the morning. Rob and his guys work their butts off to get you on geese.

I get 2850 with a near max load of Hodgdon H100v. But shooting 140 grain accubonds.

Drew a tag in 2010 and took him with one shot at 325 yards. Placed the bullet right behind the shoulder (heart shot). He ran about 10 feet and fell over. It was a 300 Win Mag and a 200 grain Nosler Accubond.

+1 on Jules of the Karoo. Had the time of my life. Jullian, Martisan, and Izak are good people they will take care of you.

I use Hodgdon Hybrid H100v to great effect.

Anybody ever do a Drop Caribou Hunt with Ram Aviation out of Kotzebue? How was your experience? Thanks

Junction Valley CWMU worth burning 9 points on? DWR called me and said the tag is mine if I want it. Talked to the operator not sure I want to burn 9 points which is not many on a 300 class elk.

+2 on the 200 grain Accubond. Over 73 grains of RL22 getting 3060fps from my 26" Remmy and 2960 with my 23 5/8" Sako. Both shoot Sub MOA groups. With this load I have put a Moose, mule deer, and countless antelope in the dirt.
