Talking with a friend that attended the “point creep focus groups” it sounds like next year you’ll have to use your points to buy a tag from the leftover/reissue list. Not exactly sure what it will look like tho.

Stevo, I’m not sure exactly what the process is but I know for certain that it takes some time for the CPW to get returned tags onto the reissue list. I know of tags that have been turned in and haven’t showed up on the list for several weeks.

I’ve never seen what exactly the ballot initiative that was passed back in the 90s says but I wonder if there is some leeway for things like allowing electronic calls for bears? I know who bought that 44 tag today and hes just an average guy like any of us but hes super good at buying tags off the list. No bots, no inside info just watches the list closely and can blaze through the purchase process seamlessly. Funny to hear all the conspiracy theories tho.
