I have read a number of articles where individuals have purchased a landowner tag for the Book Cliffs. Does anyone know a landowner who is selling these tags?

My buddy got this buck last week during the 2005 general Utah archery season. The back is just over 30 inches. It was taken in the Central Unit with a Grim Reaper broad head at 30 yards.
