And GPS coordinates . I drew it 13 years ago and it was a year my soul needed something good. I found bucks early but the big ones were rutting hard about Nov 12~. I could have tagged out on one much bigger but when I saw how wide this

was it was like one in the hand is worth two in the bush. I went Elk hunting the next week and some wide heavy muleys were there.

Hey tge extra cross hairs is good and we could test tag.lol. I would love it. I ha a spot for late November that is a good low ele rut area. I.e. you can make there without crazy climbing. Come on up Bob.

I drew unit 67 Late Buck Hunt. It might or might not be good depending on weather and what is left after winter kills. The healthy bucks should have made it through. Fawns and weak ones for sure got decimated . I will do some scouting as soon. The weather is nice now. How is it in the Basin ?

Thanks Wiz, I am preparing for any month week or day to lose my Mom so it picked my spirits up a little. The other time I got the tag I had Cancer so it was a real lifesaver.

If I had a spotter helping me it would be sweet. I may have to buy some glass as this may be my last draw hunt with the last unsuccessful stretch for a controlled antler hunt in 2 states has been 4 years.

Ahhhhhh man....I am sorry to hear that. We've got a friend with pancreatic cancer right now and she's been doing pretty bad since leaving the hospital. Cancer is a b!tch. Hopefully your Mom has lived a fulfilling life.

13 years ago I'm sure you gave little thought to 2023 and the tag you just drew . I hope you kill a big one but if you don't you are still here in the land of the living to have this opportunity !!

I didn't think or care if I drew it again. I know people who have 25 years and no draw. It is better with snow and best in Rut . I am grateful and will share the journey . I guess some glass and phone scope is in order.
I will be 65 at the end of the hunt so I think it means more to me. I don't feel invincible anymore. Every day I am thankful I have my wife, my home,my family and all four limbs.
Thanks for all your wishes. I will post up some scouting in a few weeks.
