I have about a box with about 90 of the 140 gr and would like to trade for some 168 gr Berger VLD hunting bullets

Anyone know how the elk are doing this winter in units 2 and 201? I might finally get a tag in one of these units, if it is looking to be a good year to go.

If I read the Utah regs correctly, you can turn a LE permit back in, if you do it 30 days or more before the season starts. You get all your pts back plus the one for the current year and they return your money except for $25. Is this right?
