First time applicants do seem to draw an unusually large percentage of the sheep tags, especially when they are women or youth. Coincidence???

i would also buy a bear and cougar tag. probably a better chance of filling those then tagging a decent muley. too much predation, horrible management and just general difficulties throughout the west when it comes to mule deer.

Tknez i certainly will and i hope other non-res do too! also, i for one would like to see the wilderness law for non-res changed. seems illegal to exclude individuals from public lands based on their residency.
