I would say no on the island. but for any other draw in Utah I would say yes just for the fact that I couldn't afford the gas and time off of work (if he did it for free)I work by the island and it would be easy to scout anytime, that's the fun part.

In Logan canyon turn to go to the girl scout camp (camp Lomia on google earth) this will head south eventually ends up in blacksmith fork (don't go that far). while heading south on this road the first cross road you come to (dirt road) head to the west, the road circles back around to the north...

Its not really as close as you wanted but if you know where Smith and Edwards is you could here some pen raised bulls.
