Brushbeater,
Thanks for the update. I'm curious if the mistakes are random as far as units go or are they isolated to a certain unit, I put in for archery elk in 798-21. Was this by chance the same unit you applied for?
Thanks.
Buckshot2,
Have you or anyone else for that matter heard what they are going to do with those that had unsuccessful combo results but successful permit results? They took my name and number last Friday and said they would call when they had it straightened out but I haven't heard back.
Thanks.
Buckshot2,
What's your guess on how they handle our situations? How upset will you be if they tell you that you don't get the permit? I know I won't be very happy.
RE: Three expo tags one person
No, each person can purchase only one ticket per hunt.
Quick look at the odds of the tags she drew:
Elk 2 out of 3010
Pronghorn 5 out of 1223
Cougar 1 out of 274
Pretty unbelievable!!
Antelope Island deer 250k
Nevada state wide deer 130k
Henry mtn deer around 100k each
I don't know who bought any of them. I think Denny was in on the AI at the end but not sure if he ended up with it.
I think it should go to the next in line as well. If a person having a second choice tag already creates a problem then maybe they should put a note in saying if you draw your second choice you would be ineligible for a returned tag. That would make people decide whether they wanted to put in...
Goforbroke-- You could draw next year or you could go your whole life without drawing, just keep applying, it's worth it if you get lucky.
Serrano-- I drew the archery tag in S12 in 2010, pm me if you need anything.
Before I purchase an archery ticket for the VC hunt as an unguided nonresident, can someone please tell me for sure that there is a tag available in this group? There are 15 tags and 6% of that is 0.9. I would assume there to be a possibility of 1 tag correct? Thanks
