hey ive never done this with credit card . when it asks you for a application # where do you get that # , all i can think of is getting it off of a reg appication.

no you can be a non-resident and apply for a youth tag . talked to a guy last year , his 12 year old son drew....good luck!!

id like to hunt on public land in nm but getting tired of being unsucsessfull for 34 36 15 16s...really id just like a oppertunity at a nice bull ..with my muzzy ...id perfer a do it yourself hunt but havent aclue about any unit other than 34 in nm. i dont think i would have much of a problem...
