What is the make up of area 61 antelope----public vs private?

I just got off MFWP's web sight and see they are going to square the bonus points this year. At least those with the most points should see a little advantage for elk. What I hate to see is how long Montana youth will have to wait to draw a premium tag.

What do you think as far as quality goes is the best red desert unit? I've have all of my points and would pay for either draw. I kind of like area 61 but would wait for 58, or 60, or ?????. I'm can devote 3 weeks to hunt and am looking for a BC animal. Any thoughts?
