Just wondering what all of you have used in staining mule deer antlers? I have been staining some elk ones using dirt and wood stain and they turn out pretty good. I have tried deer with lighter dirt and wood stain and they turn out like crap. Any tips or help would be appreciated. THANKS!!

happens every year. the sport is getting more and more popular and people from all ages are doing more and more every year. Last year seen some as early as January. It is insane and annoying. Not much my voice can do when trying to talk to the DWR about anything.

it's hard hunting. but if you put in the time and use your binos, you'll turn up something. i had a buddy kill a 340 bull out of there last week.

Brought the trailer up camping this last week on Monday and left it there locked and dead bolted. Went back up a few days later only to find out that someone had shattered the back window of the trailer, took the generator, BB Guns, and some random utensils. this is my girlfriends first deer. after seeing doe after doe after doe...she spotted this little guy along with 4 other smaller bucks in these flats....they were feeding away....she got her dead rest and dropped it!....... she is now hooked on huntin'! THANK GOD!
