Just got home from work and let me say, I am LIVID! Broke mountain huh-huntndad & bigddj, I suggest you both be VERY careful about the slanderous remarks you make (on a public forum like this) in an attempt to defame myself, dxthntr, and others involved or the next time you hear from me will be through my lawyer! First off, I am happily married of 12 years to a beautiful, great wife and together, we have 5 kids, so take your "broke back" comment and SHOVE it! Second, this whole mess could have been avoided if you would have just asked us and told us your end of the story ON THE MOUNTAIN where it could have been resolved in a CONSRUCTIVE "adult" manner. We have/had NOTHING to hide! I KNOW Riley would have gladly taken you to where HE killed the deer and showed you everything. Then you cuold have easily seen that HIS buck was different than the buck you hit. Look, I have no doubt your story is 100 % true other than it being the same buck. It HAD to be a different buck! As you well know, there are alot of big 3 by 4's up there. Have you ever thought that maybe, just maybe, the deer you hit was a different buck? As I said, I personally saw the head/cap, front quarters, and the fully skinned carcass-there was only one hole in the buck. I was the one that dug the other half of Riley's carbon express, maxima hunter, mathews edition, grim reaper tipped arrow out of his brisket. The trauma caused by an arrow hit is EASILY identifiable. Why, why, why, didn't you talk to us on the moutain?? I wish you would have! Sadly, you have turned Rileys accomplishment into a total mockery. Maybe someday kharma will come back to bite you my friend(s)! Maybe someday you will be on the other end of someones false remarks and accusations. I am sorry you didn't recover your deer-he was probably a dandy as there are a few running around up there, but to take away from someone elses hard work, and good fortune is LOW CLASS! You 2 are LOW CLASS! Tell you what, huntndad & bibddj, feel free to pm me ANYTIME so we can resolve this like men. I would like to talk with you both face-to-face, civilly. But if you make any more rude remarks (like you already have), all bets are off!
Nate
p.s. Sneaky hunter, great job on a stud of a buck! I'd share a mountain with you guys any day.
