12 B-W Muzzleloader Draw Odds

I applied for the muzzleloader mule deer hunt in 12 B-W with 9 points. Any idea what my chances are to draw this? I wish I could change this as I drew another tag. Thanks.

Obviously this is not an annual hunt I can pull stats on, but I used the rifle odds and it didn't make sense. Also tried another source. I guess it doesn't matter. I do know that last year on a similar hunt all 3 NR tags went to guys with 2 under max points, so I guess it is a reasonable use for my points should I draw. If I did draw, I'd devote my hunting to this tag.

Anyone know what kind of quality I could expect on this hunt?

12B Nov muzz hunt success has been 66-71% for the last 3 hunts there.
