171 -173 Late Rifle - Mule Deer

Been awhile since I have been an active member here, so long, I forgot my old username. I'm heading to Nevada this weekend and was hoping to talk to a few guys who have had this late rifle hunt before. I've got some areas picked out and a plan, but someone with some firsthand knowledge would be great to talk to. Hope you all have been and will continue to have a great big game season.

Congratulations on a fine buck! Area 17 is definitely rough country for sure. That unit makes you work for your harvest.

I drew that tag for the archery hunt in 2018 and just getting to my glassing area was a project and a half.

What area did you get him? Nice kill! 17 isn't what it used to be (is any area anymore?) but you can still find decent deer.
