You guys who have sold personal items on here, how do you get paid for the items sold? If its paypal how does that work? Thanks guys.

PayPal if you ever have used eBay you used PayPal. PayPal is easy you use your email set a card for either purchases or payment. Real easy to set up. Also you can use Zelle it’s a bank to bank.

PayPal is anti gun so be sure to never list anything in the description/memo when paying or getting paid.
I also have used cashiers checks, money orders especially if the seller/buyer is a longtime forum member.
As a buyer I try to do my research before buying from anyone new on a forum or that seems like a scammer.

I use Apple Pay or Zelle if its friends of mine, or someone I trust. Deposit direct to my bank acct. Otherwise, I use USPS Money Order, and can cash it right at the PO immediately upon receipt. Personal checks are a pain, 'cause you have to wait several days for it to clear, so I usually ask for a copy of their photo ID
