Talked to Martin Frentzel the Public Information and Outreach officer last week. He indicated that they were in the "proofing" stage of "RIB" Rule Information Book aka "Proclamation" and hoped it would be ready for online publication the last week of the month. He also indicated that the Go Live for Apps is slated for January 9th with deadline of 5PM March 20 with results the 24th of April.

Prayers to the families of the massacre in hopes that Obama will not politicise this monster evil for gun control. We need to ban together quickly as gun owners will be targeted. You know this is going to happen with him.

The media who make addictive Kill video games and Hollywood who sensationalizes killing humans in movies best get looked at hard as we see the culture in this country go into the toilet.

This needs to be another thread! Keep those families in your thoughts and prayers.
