Hold your cursor over the "HOME" ,a drop down menu loads,then "PUBLICATIONS" loads, click on that and the 2016 regs pops up.You may need to press F5 on your keyboard to refresh your browser.....
Having hunted there myself I consider adding it as part of the regular draw bad. Before you essentially had an extra chance to draw a tag for the price of the lottery tickets. They did the VC lottery drawing first and if you didn't draw you continued with your regular NMGF drawing.
Also I understand they closed a bunch of the roads so it is now a lot harder to access remote areas. And since you cannot spend the night it makes it doubly hard to get into the better areas without horses.
It was a truly unique experience, but now like you said, it is what it is!
