209 Powder= OK In An Encore .50?

Do any of you use the 209 powder in your TC Encore rifle? I read where there is something about the nipple configuration that is OK to use this powder while other rifles lean towards NOT using the powder?

I use it in my Omega and works great. It is the breechplug design that determines if BH 209 works well in a gun and unless they have changed something, the Omega and the Encore use the same breechplug. You can always call them or Western powders and they should be able to tell you for sure.

I've used it in an encore pro hunter with zero problems. It shoots great.

I shoot a T/C Encore .50, and have used BH209 for last couple years. It is by far the best propellant I have ever shot, (at least in my gun).
