2nd choice or leftover deer tags

Ok, so I posted in the deer forum whether to look to Wyoming or Colorado for a second choice or leftover tag, and everyone said Colorado, so now I need suggestions on a unit to look into. I'm not looking for a monster buck, although it would be nice. Just looking for a unit with decent numbers and a reasonable shot at a big 3 or small 4 point. I'll be coming from Utah. Any suggestions?

Either rifle or muzzleloader would work.

I have muzzleloader hunted arround Oak Creek Colorado a couple of times for elk and have seen some nice muledeer bucks arround there.
If you go to this area with a muzzleloader ,either unit 15 or 231,hunt as close to private land as you legally can.
