300 wsm reloads

If anyone has worked up a good load for ther 300 WSM. I would like to hear about it. I have tried a few but have not been eale to match the factory ammo yet.

I shoot 65.5 grains of IMR 4350, behind a 165 grain Nosler. I have not shot it over a chrono yet but, from what I can gather it should be around 3000-3100 FPS. It sure shoots good in my Savage! I'd like to tell you how it works on elk but, haven't had the chance yet. Good luck

Be sure to check all loads against a reloading manual of some kind. I have found a great site to compare loads. His "favorite load" is usally a good starting place. Good luck,
