I am trying to figure out if I can draw 36b rifle cause hunt with 9 points as a res?
I just can't figure it out on the f&g site, any help would be great.

Don’t waste that many points on a 36B coues hunt unless you’re using yours with others to average out lower points. We drew the late December 36B hunt this year with a 5 point average.
