Anyone been seeing any good rutting/migrating goin on? Headed up Friday to try and stick a mature buck. Already ate my archery elk tag, sure would be nice to put a bit of meat in the freezer.

Spotted about 200 deer on the last day of Rifle season, same area I plan to deer hunt. Passed on 17 bucks, finally found one worthy of a rifle shot on the 18th buck and a bear ruined the stalk for me. Was a good day. The day prior, we only saw 12 deer the whole day, same general area.

Migration must be on or the deer were really damn lazy and did not come out of the brush.
