6A South Archery!!!

Could not handle waiting for the MEGA units so I put 6a south for my second choice and got it!! Talking about a long ass wait thats going to drive me and wife, kids and who ever else will listen to me run my mouth about elk hunting Arizonia!!!
Just would like to ask anyone thats willing to lend some info on this unit. Going to take at least one trip over there and get a feel for the country. Wouldn't mind having a point on the map to start, then I can do the rest. Am willing and able to handle just about anything or terrain! Just whatever it will take to get to elk, and then it's on!!! Any info at all would be wonderfull, Thanks!!!!

Good Luck on your hunt. How many points did it take to draw your tag?

I know I will feel the heat when I tell you that I was going to have 11 points this draw, but I know of to many people that have draw lesser units and killed extremely nice bulls 340 and above!! I love to hunt and trying to get the MEGA tags in AZ is on the hard side! So now I don't have to wait, I'm still young enough to push the envelope and do it hard!

i helped a buddy out there last year, his bull scored 355 .i personaly would hunt between the pine and juniper and learn to bugle stay away from those hoochie mama calls everyone with a tag has one and bulls will run, good luck just pick a spot and run with it
