A creamy chicken with...

...egg noodles dish was another new recipe. Added some green beans & a mixed salad.

The chicken breasts & boiled noodles were cooked with shallots, mushrooms, chicken broth & cream cheese. Though the taste was very good, it turned out a bit dry. Next time, more broth will get added.
