Abajo mountains

Hello, my name is Spencer, this is my first time here and it looks like I can get some good information. About 5 years ago my Dad gave up the sport of deer hunting. So my brother and I took up bow hunting and have had some good times in Southern Idaho and northern Utah. However we really want to hunt down in Southern Utah in the Abajo mountains or the La Sal mountains. We went down there and scouted pretty hard over memorial day weekend and found lots of deer. (Lots of does) Can anyone share any knowlegde, wisdom, experience, stories, tall tales, or even rumors you may have heard through the grapevine about these hills. I can exchange some knowledge about flyfishing in Idaho and Montana if anyone is interested. I also lived in South Dakota a while and would share some info. on pheasants, deer, and waterfowl for some good tips or info. on these two mountain ranges. Thankyou very much
