...aging the two $6.99 lb. tenderloins in the fridge, I finally got around to cutting them up into fillets today. The photos show each one separately with some of the extra 'dregs.' The middle of the loin fillets are about 2" thick, but I forgot to count them. From the pics, I'm guessing at least two dozen decent ones with some small chunks for breakfast steaks, etc.
