After a year I have a lead!

I've been trying hard to find out who has the other side to a single I found last year and finally I see the light! Down side is I can't personally track down who has it! All I have is a picture!

Form what I understand the same person found the other side to a goofy bull this year.

If anyone knows who it is pm me! I've gotta match up this bull
