Yes, when they used to be posted on the website as available. When they went to a ranking draw I was never able to get a tag that way.

Yes that is correctI believe you would have had to apply in the original draw to be eligible to enter the alternates list. I’m not certain that’s how it works but that’s what my memory tells me.

People that applied and didn’t get a tag had preference over people who didn’t apply in the original drawing. If you didn’t apply you were not on the list.
