LAST EDITED ON Dec-18-15 AT 09:10AM (MST)[p]Question---Yesterday it said the meeting started at 9AM. Now the small print at the bottom of the link says 10AM, but the main screen shows 12PM. Now the agenda you have posted also shows the meeting starts at 10AM and that's what the countdown clock indicates. What in the heck is going on with that big 12PM statement?

The public meeting starts at 10 am MDT. The board members were supposed to receive the materials in advance of the meeting (possibly around 9) so that they can review them. Tune in at 10 for the discussion.

I'm sorry, Topgun, but I'm not seeing anywhere that lists 12 p.m. as the start time. The meeting begins at 10 a.m. MDT (about seven minutes from now).

The 12/18/15 12PM statement is right above the clicking clock saying to watch the livestream!

I think I may know what's going on. Are you by any chance in another time zone? If so, I believe YouTube automatically calculates the time difference.
