What a joke. $21,000 and 2 years of no hunting.
throw the book. you poach lifetime hunting revocation. granted some poachers wouldn't stop if they can't hunt for a few years or the rest of their life but at least it would make it that some people will never get the opportunity to hunt again especially those people that 100% knowingly poach. charge them with a felony. sometime has to change to try and prevent people from poaching.
