My son and I both have 8 points for Antelope. We live in Utah and have shot Antelope in the 78-83" range in Utah. We have hunted deer in Wyoming for years, but most of the good antelope country we have just passed through.
My question is, Is it worth it to keep stockpiling points or is it time to just go hunt? I no this subject has been beaten to death and I have read most of the post over the years.
My goal is to shoot an 80" goat. With all the talk about winter kill, Is it a bad time to be burning points?
If anyone has any recommendations or unit specific information they would like to share on here or private message I would appreciate it. I've had a lot of help over the years and have already received some good advice. I need to go back through my pm's and read them again. I am willing to help out in Utah if you want to exchange info. Thanks
