One aluminum and one fiberglass. From when manufacturers were experimenting with materials.

Anybody know anything about these? My Dad bought both of these used back in the seventies. The retailer told him the green one was shot by Fred Bear in a demonstration match.

The wood bow with the leather wrap handle, on the left look to be a Bear Cub (Fred Bear) patenred in about 1953. Pre-recurve days. Has a fiber class over wokd laminate. Stout little long bow, up to around 60lb draw on some l've see.

Looks to be in very good condition. I hsve one rhat's been used a touch more. It will go to an interested grandchild someday.

I like the older stuff. Reminds me of my yourh and all those timeless days wondering the praires and creeks of the Alberta back country.

I like the vintage recurve bows too. Plan on refinishing two of the ones I have and plan to hunt with them in the future and bought the corrct spine arrows for each weight. Need to hone the instinctive shooting before trying to hunt ethically.
