Asking for help in Unit 81

I'm looking at doing a bow hunt for
for elk, in unit 81.
This will be a DIY hunt on my own, looking at
the SW corner, but open to idea's.
I'd like to back-pack in two or three miles.
Hoping I can get away from the 4wheelers and road hunters.

It is pretty country and allthough there will be a BUNCH of people I see few back in. Email about where you are looking at SW and I will try to help. It is my back up plan if no NM tag.

Beautiful country, you have rugged hard to hunt, the easy open flats for easy walking, wilderness, riverbottom etc. I grew up/my home is there. I know the area very well. I always see elk, but I work for it. Let me know what you are looking for.

Hunted it last year,got one shot but good luck way to many hunters!!!think its about 10 hunters per 1 elk!

or of kills.
