With the pronghorn and elk public meetings coming up, thought it would be good to look at the 2012-2014 guidlines that the AZGFD follows in establishing hunt dates, tag numbers, etc. Its a pretty good read. So next time tags go up or down in your favorite unit, or the season is shortened, you will know why, the guidlines lay everything out, all the different triggering decision points, etc. It is good to brush up on.
