AZ tag surrender?

Does anyone know if there are any provisions for getting a refund or points back after you have drawn a tag and before the hunt starts? I have enough points for an archery tag, but there is a chance I might need surgery (hope not)on my shoulder making it so that I wouldn't be able to shoot. I glanced throught the regulations but could not find anything.

No AZ does not allow the return of tags. If you
draw you lose your points and money. There may be
extreme circumstances they might allow it but surgery
is not one of them. They do allow you to donate your tag.

Thanks. Looks like if you are not disabled or military you are out of luck.

You might just consider applying for a bonus point, having surgery and rehab, and be ready for 2012. Current LaNina may not be good for next year's antler growth anyway.
