Shaved that prime sirloin roast into thin chips, strips, and small chunks. Enjoyed a cold sirloin salad with bacon bits and cheese, with bacon wrapped cream cheese poppers, and that nice spicy instant salsa I bought at the show the other day. Wonderful!!
