Bacon-Wrapped Elk Filets

Cut 3-2" filets, wrapped with bacon, Himalayan salt and fresh cracked pepper, and seared both sides at 500 degrees, then finished in my cast iron pan at 350 for another 12 minutes. Topped with fresh diced garlic butter, green onions and parsley. Sautéed Vidalia Sweet onions. I'm afraid I made a pig of myself!!!
