Lots of pockets and compartments. In good shape. I think I only used it a handful of times. Waist belt is the larger size for waists greater than 32” or so. I’m a 32 waist and I have it cranked all the way down to get it tight.

Here’s a few pics I took, plus a link to an old Blackovis product page.

That sucks! It’s a nice pack, but I’m not a huge fan of all the pockets. Badlands gave it to me about 8 years or so ago, I used it a few times, did a review, then eventually went to the MountainSmith’s I’ve been using since. It now just sits on a shelf year after year.

The 4500 pack has (or did) two Torso lengths. Do you know which one this is? It makes a big difference in how they fit a shorter or taller individual.

How would I know? I’m not sure.
I honestly don't remember if it is marked on them or if it's a measurement. It's been a long time since I sold Badlands packs. It might be on their website. I do know it makes a big difference in comfort as to getting the right fit. That's one reason I don't use a Super day pack, they are too short and the waistbelt rides too high on me to be comfortable.
