Bears Tags rollover from spring?

So I looked quickly through the brochure did not see it…

But if I have an unfilled bear tag I bought for the spring, does it roll forward to the fall or do I need a separate fall tag?

That is what I thought. I looked at the lic this morning and the way the lic was printed it seemed to be a year tag...
