Anyone bait either of these units on public land? I need a new area....not enough quality bears where i'm at.

No I don't want your spot.

I don't bait but I spot and stalk them. I know two guys who took good bears last fall with bow on there elk hunts. Personally I like 44 better for bear more public ground and a lot of people don't wanna put the effort into getting baits back into some of those canyons
