Im no goat expert myself but i was fortunate enough to draw the nanny tag for the beaver unit in 2013. Judges goats is not an easy task my any means. The difference between a book goat and a good goat is usually the difference in the mass!! I was able to harvest a 10" nanny. Or coarse if she was a 10" billy she would have been high book easily. Key to a big billy IMO is the size of their body. A mature billy will dwarf younger billies and mature nannies.
