Yep, I can make something out of this! Never let anyone tell you not to boil in cast iron!! Noodles first, sear the marinated steak pieces, then the nice sauce finishes it off!! Perfect.

Any really tender meat makes great Stroganoff!!

I tried to make Stroganoff a couple years ago. Tasted good and I posted a picture on MM. Someone said it looked like a cat yakked on a plate.

Kinda hurt my feelings…….. just a little.

Your’s doesn’t look like cat yak Chef Blank.

Next time my wife’s out of town I’m going give it another go……….. but no pictures!!!!
