Best Antelope Area around Gillette?

Looking for information on the best Antelope area in the Gillette area. I have received some good information on a unit south of Gillette from another member on this board and information was and is much appreciated. I'm just trying to get as much information and as many options as possible before the time arrives to fill out the license application. I do have a question. Should I apply for the doe/fawn tags when I apply for my buck tag or can they be easily bought OTC?

They are all good around Gillette, but areas 23 and 24 have the most goats. It's all private property for the most part, so plan on shelling out some cash to get access. In the past, it's been easy to purchase d/f licenses OTC, but it never hurts to get them in the draw just in case. I would find a place to hunt prior to buying any licenses though.
