Best Outfitter????

LAST EDITED ON Dec-04-06 AT 10:11PM (MST)[p]A buddy of mine and myself are wanting to hire an outfitter for a archery elk hunt. Looking at 2008. We have never hired anyone, always hunted Oregon public land.

We want to spend no more than $5K each.

I checked out Pine Mountain Outfitters in BC, but not sure if it's a high fenced area hunt, (not wanting a high fenced hunt) any comments on this place, or any others would be greatly appreciated!

Stay away of High Country Outfitters in central Idaho, the worst outfitter I've ever wasted money on.

i run a outfitter camp in wyo. we hunt strickly horseback, base camp in about 4 miles. We run 5 day hunts in the price range you are looking for.
