If your a NR and have one week to scout a new unit. This is for muledeer 2nd season. I try to avoid archery opener and muzzey season. I believe this lets the deer settle down to the area they still may be in for the 2nd season. I go up after muzzey season to hike and scout,check the areas I've located on my maps that look promising. Maybe the week before season starts would be better? What do you guys think,what works for you? Thanks
