Biscuits, Sausage and Gravy

Well, I had my wife help me. Should be a good item.. Biscuits are made by Her. She did great.
We have to pre freeze the 16 lbs of breakfast fare. Fit for a King, it will put me on the throne.

Looks delicious. Asking for a friend that can’t make biscuits or gravy…….. do those biscuits thaw without getting too soggy.

They don't thaw as they are Freeze Dried, but they have to be rehydrated. It's not really soggy to me, and the whole gamut of FD means different skills, equipment, ingredients , storage etc. I would say my B&G will be good as long as the steps are followed.
