BLaST from My Past (Bacon, Lettuce, and Sautéed Shrimp, and Tomato)

They say everything goes better with bacon. Cooking up 6# for our road trip to AZ, so the perfect excuse for sandwiches tonight. Sautéed up some shrimp in butter and Creole spices, put double-bacon on either side, then nice garden veggies!! Oh yeah, .
