BLaST from My Past (Bacon, Lettuce, and Sautéed Shrimp, and Tomato)

They say everything goes better with bacon. Cooking up 6# for our road trip to AZ, so the perfect excuse for sandwiches tonight. Sautéed up some shrimp in butter and Creole spices, put double-bacon on either side, then nice garden veggies!! Oh yeah, :).

I hadn't either, but it was leftover in the fridge, and we are cleaning stuff out before leaving for AZ. Yummy!!
 
Looks good Blank-going to try your version and add a egg over easy to it and see how it comes out. :sneaky:
 
You can do more with the damn leftovers than most can do with the full deal. Well played, looks delicious.
