Had some beautiful chops thawed out, so wanted to have a Sunday night fry-up. Wife likes single dredge and making lots of sawmill gravy. I did a double-dredge with egg and spicy cajun seasoning. Can't beat wonderful!!
Actually I have two, and very basic. First is anything with shrimp (but the wife doesn't do seafood, so it's not one I do a lot). The second is tenderloin or loin of any animal on the grill, with some type of potato!!
