Book Cliffs Oil?

Oil company looking to lease up land in the Book Cliffs area to try and get the oil out of the tar sand?

If you haven't been to the Book Cliffs get out there and see it now. With energy development across both winter and summer ranges, Uintah County paving the Seep Ridge road and raising the speed limit, and ever growing herds of wild horses and a BLM that refuses to round them up (even though their own management plan calls for them to remove all the horses) the Books is on the way out. The deer herd there is already just barely holding on, with all these new impacts I am afraid that best days of the Book Cliffs are behind us.
