Brisket Tacos for Lunch

Didn't have any large tortillas to roll up and make true burros percherons, so settled for a couple open tacos. Brisket crusts and burnt ends, Cotija and mozzarella cheeses, cilantro lime crema, pico, guacamole, and Tapa Tio hot sauce. Yummy lunch!!!

I've been using this one, and also a Jalapeño Ranch. They have several others, but I haven't been able to find any of them.
